Four-step approach to successful project implementation
1. Initiation
“Kick-off” meeting with your Milner Browne Project Manager, Lead Consultant and Sales Executive;
Roles and responsibilities are established, and a communication plan agreed;
Overall implementation process is outlined.
2. Planning/Scoping
Lead Consultant completes on-site scoping document to understand existing processes and your organization’s goals for the new solution;
Consultants map processes against solution functionality;
Discuss any additional reporting and development requirements against initial requirements.
3. Execution & Control
Software is deployed, databases are installed and configured by an SAP consultant;
Workshops and training are completed;
User-acceptance testing is conducted.
4. Completion
Go-live review is completed to assess and address any outstanding issues ahead of the Project Managers and Consultants completing and closing projects;
Clients then receive on-going assistance from Milner Browne’s award-winning Support team when their solution is deployed.
